Once we have packed your order you will receive an automatic email saying your order has been shipped. This is regardless of whether you selected delivery or pick up. Please don't panic, your order will be delivered/ready for pick up within a few days. It does not mean your item has been delivered already.
We are currently just delivering locally on Saturdays, so any orders received before 9am Saturday should be delivered that day.
All orders received during the week will be delivered the next Saturday. (We may start delivering more frequently in the future depending on the demand, also if you are desperate for something quickly reach out and we will try our best to help!)
Contactless Pickup is also available from 113 Maitland Rd, Islington, orders received before 9am Saturday will be ready to be picked up after 12pm Saturday. If you would like to pick op on another day please let us know with the “add a note” option in the shopping cart.
We can post both plants and pots. We do not post plants to quarantine states. Plants will be express posted on the following Monday after order is made, to allow for minimal time in transit. We do not take any responsibility for Auspost issues beyond our control. Pots and other non living items will be sent regular Auspost.
